An idea

I have been considering the use of fabric and the stereotypically female role of seamstress and the action of sewing since exploring the fabric projections. I am keen to perform and film a sewing of fabric into a space and this will show female role but also i would like to sew together images of female expectations as it were. If i were to for example, draw over many images of what is expected of us as being female, or even use cut outs form magazines etc... and sew them together to create a sort of tent, that can be hung from the ceiling...(or made into some sort of space in which a woman can "inhabit") people could inhabit the space as though inhabiting the images, like we take on what we see as females... The fabric could be red conveying a sexuality, a frustration and reference puberty and menstruation?
